Before anything is scored, four structural filters run: the person who wrote the post themselves, people who work for the competitor you are tracking, people who are already your customer, and mentions where the phrase was negated. These are cheap and deterministic, so the obvious junk never reaches the expensive stage.
Signal strength and ICP fit are scored separately, then crossed. Strong signal and good fit is the only combination that gets contacted. Strong signal with poor fit is parked and watched, because fit can change. Good fit with a weak signal is left to decay and revisited later. Weak on both is dropped.
